The webinar “Strengthening Academic Research: European-African Perspectives on Quality Assurance” was held on May 15, 2025. Its aim was to promote interregional collaboration and the sharing of best practices in research quality assurance in higher education. Organized as part of the QA-Doc project in synergy with the work of the ENQA group on external evaluation of research, this event provided an opportunity to compare African and European perspectives. It contributed to capacity building in Africa, while offering European partners the opportunity to promote their institutional approaches and enrich their perspectives through constructive dialogue with their African counterparts.
